There are a couple of reasons you may not receive all of your items in the same package:
If you placed two separate orders, your items may come at different times. We try to ship them together if possible, but in the event that we don't catch it, you may receive two different shipments.
We currently have 3 production facilities in the USA in order to try and provide the quickest service possible. Certain colors or sizes may not be available in one facility but are in another. Therefore, we may ship your shirts from two different locations.
Our items are all printed on demand, which means your item is brand new and not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped, which means the process takes a bit longer.
During off-peak months, orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal/holidays, orders take a bit longer due to heavy demand, and are typically processed within 5-7 business days and ready for shipping.
All orders are shipped via the USPS, so please add the shipping time on top of production time.
If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office . In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package.
Designs46 will not be held responsible for items stolen at delivery or items that had the incorrect address entered at time of order.
Please be aware that when we print our shirts, we also print the shipping label. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed. However, the tracking does not update until the USPS scans the package. If they are running behind due to volume, there may be a day or two delay before they actually scan the package.
Each order is custom printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there was a defect with the production.
If your item arrives flawed, or is the wrong size or color from what you ordered, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Just email a picture of the issue to email@example.com
What About Sizing?
Please make sure you double check your order so you don't accidentally purchase the wrong color/size. Once an item has been delivered, the customer has 5 days to request an exchange. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping of the exchanged item, if the error was on their end. (ordered the wrong color or size). For items of 2 or more, please contact us for a resolution.
We allow 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel or change the size/address of your order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to refund you if you choose to cancel your order due to the fact our shirts are custom made.
