When Will My Order Ship?

All of our items are custom printed from time of order, so there will be a production time involved before it's shipped. This is typically between 2 to 4 business days on average, however, certain holidays can be a bit longer due to demand.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

We do provide tracking numbers for all shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped. (This sometimes will end up in your junk mail, so please check there as well)

    What if my item arrives in the wrong color, or is damaged? 

    We always try our best with quality control, but sometimes we do miss things. Please send us a picture of the issue and we'll send the replacement right away!

    What do I do if my order shipped but I never received it?

    If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office . In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. Designs46 will not be held responsible for items stolen at delivery, or items that had the incorrect address entered at time of order.
