Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product, or you were sent the wrong size/color. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a issue, we will offer a free replacement if the problem is reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Items or Poor-Quality Printing
Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item.
Fit & Sizing
Item doesn't fit? For one shirt orders, we will re-print the shirt in the size you want, and only ask that you pay for the shipping.
For multiple shirt orders, please contact us at email@example.com for a resolution.

We do not guarantee delivery times, as we do not actually deliver the items, and it is out of our control. If the USPS is delayed due to a significant event, such as an act of god or nature, and you needed the item by a specific date, we cannot offer a refund in this situation, as no delivery service would have been able to accommodate any act such as this.
